Q: do you have a workout routine and/or a certain diet? if yes could you share? i want to get in shape

I ride horses almost every day, and the days that I don’t I try to do something like go to the gym or go for a run. My goal is to do at least something somewhat active everyday. As for diet, I naturally am more attracted to healthier foods for example my favorite meal as of late is quinoa with ginger garlic kale. I am a total sweet tooth though and I slip up if something sugary is near. Ultimately, my motto is to allow myself a lot of good stuff, and a little bad stuff. :)
